Key Responsibilities:

  • Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize the Sapiens Policy Pro system to meet the specific needs of our commercial lines P&C insurance business.
  • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • System Integration: Work closely with IT teams to integrate Sapiens Policy Pro with other systems and applications.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and reliability of configurations and customizations.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes.
  • Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Sapiens Policy Pro system, addressing any issues or enhancements as needed.
  • Training and Mentoring: Train and mentor junior developers and end-users on the Sapiens Policy Pro system.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in configuring and customizing the Sapiens Policy Pro system for commercial lines P&C insurance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Sapiens Policy Pro, SQL, XML, and other relevant technologies.
  • Insurance Knowledge: Strong understanding of commercial lines P&C insurance processes and regulations.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


Preferred Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, customize, and maintain GhostDraft templates and documents for various commercial lines insurance products.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, underwriters, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for document generation.
  • Design and implement document workflows and automation processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies in all document-related activities.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Database Administrator (DBA) with expertise in SQL or Oracle to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our database systems to ensure high performance, availability, and security. This role is critical in supporting our commercial lines Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Database Management: Design, implement, and maintain SQL or Oracle databases to support business applications and operations.
